Hola familia y amigos!! I hope that all of you had an amazing Christmas! Christmas around here was so amazing. We watched two movies, got to talk to our families and we heard from Elder Bednar and David Archuleta!! It was so awesome. Elder Bednar gave an amazing talk about receiving personal revelation. It was absolutely what I needed to hear. Then David Archuleta topped the night off with an incredible performance. I was such a spiritual day that I was spiritually exhausted by the end of the day.
It is crazy to think that in 3 days (well technically 4 because of the 24 hours it is going to take to get to Cochabamba) I will be in a foreign country, speaking a foreign language, in a very foreign manner. It is honestly super scary to think about but I am also so excited. I know that the Lord will strengthen me if I just give him everything that I have.
This week I learned so much about the true meaning of Christmas and of the life of Christ. I really came to appreciate what His life means for us a little bit more. I have grown so much these last few weeks it is incredible. I know that the Lord is very aware of each of our lives and each of our needs. If we give ourselves to him he will work a mighty change in us and give us strength beyond our own.
