Investigators

What up fam fam. I figured since it is kinda hard to do it on the video chat and you want to hear more about my investigators I will give you a run down of them all here. 

Sharlit : Sharlit is 11 and is the younger sister of two recent converts, Andrea and Fernanda. She is super smart and really loves to learn about the Gospel. She understands things better than most the adults we are teaching and has a really strong testimony but is scared of her parents and asking them if she can get baptized. We are working with her to help her get the confidence to talk to her parents about her desires.

Luna : Luna is an 8 year old girl who´s family members are converts. Her father is inactive and we are working with him to get the priesthood so that he can baptize her, hopefully later this month. The family is the familia Aguilar and they are some of my favorite people. The dad Roberto is super awesome and we have him super excited and coming back to church. 

Owen : Owen is a 9 year old kid who´s mom is a convert but is less active. His uncle is the stake ward mission leader and gave us the reference. Owen is super smart and wants to be baptized but his mom is holding him back a little right now. We have a fecha for him for the 13th of April.

Elena : Elena is a 70 year old lady who has been coming to church with her family for a long time but hasn´t been baptized. She is deaf basically so we have to yell while we are in the lessons and it is kinda fun. She is a super funny lady and just super happy. We are teaching her with her grand daughter and we have a fecha for her for the 27 of April. 

Cristian and Gabriela : We found Gabriela while we were touching doors one day and she was really interested from the beginning so it seemed. It has gotten to the point where she just likes to complain about how much her life sucks to us and we are struggling to teach her. She told us a lot of things about her husband Cristian and how he was basically an awful guy but we met him and he is super awesome and actually really interested in the church. He came with us to church and wants to keep learning more. They are both about 25 years old and are super poor and have a son named Ostin who is 4. 

Antonieta : Antonieta is a 50 year old lady who we found touching doors. She is a super hard core Adventist but she wants to learn about our Gospel as well. We have taught her about all of the lessons and she just barely came to church with us the first time yesterday! We are struggling to get her to understand that she needs to be baptized in our church. She told us she knows the book of mormon is the word of god and that she believes that Joseph Smith was a prophet but she doesnt know why she needs to be baptized again. 

Familia Mamani: The family Mamani was a reference from the ward. It is a mom named Rosmeri and her daughter Alison who is 16. They are both super cool and their family that they live with are members. We met them this week through her sister and they accepted fecha for the 27 of April. They have been coming when they can and really like the church.

Familia Rosas: The family Rosas was a reference from the ward as well. The older daughter of the family who is 16 is a recent convert of about a year and a half and is friends with some members but doesnt come anymore. The friends gave us the reference for the whole family and they are awesome. I dont remember the moms name but then there is Kevin who is 11 and there is Erik who is 14. They are a really awesome family and they also acepted fecha for the 27 of this month. 

Mauricio: Mauricio is a super cool guy. He is 21 and was a reference from the other Elders in our ward. He has received the missionaries before but they stopped and he said he doesnt know why. We have only taught him once but he accepted really well and was super cool!
